Olympian and World Silver Medalist. The name "Chef Blackanese" was given to me by the founder of Dragon Inn, Tony Chang. He taught me the fundamentals of Mandarin/Cantonese cooking. He also taught me how cultures from all over the world can come together and work together while sharing the goodness of a delicious meal. My background includes an MBA in management and over 30 years in sales and restaurant management. Chef Blackanese Brand is an extension of the Dragon Inn Restaurant, and my plan is to introduce America to the great taste that thousands of Dragon Inn customers have enjoyed for over 50 years. My experience as a U.S. Olympian has taught me that no one makes the team without the help of others.
